Easy check-in and a train station close to the venue. The staff was courteous plus our communication was great. Room was huge, huge, with splendid views. It was terrific; loved the residential location, but the area was really noisy.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The apartment is comfortable and very clean. Having a kitchen was a huge help. We had free wifi, which was cool. Location was MAGNIFICENT for the trip to Katowice.
